Once your payment for the order is successfully confirmed and verified by our system, we will kick off the standard order processing procedure immediately. All standard in-stock kitchen tools — including all our silicone brushes, vegetable peelers, measuring spoon sets, and BBQ gadget lines displayed on our product shop page — will be sorted, quality checked, securely packed, and dispatched from our Singapore local warehouse within 2 standard business days.
For custom orders that include free custom logo printing, personalized packaging design, or exclusive bulk custom requirements, we will inform you of the exact pre-production and processing timeline in your order confirmation email. All custom orders will be dispatched once the full production and final quality inspection process is fully completed. Orders placed on official Singapore public holidays, weekends, or after 3PM SGT on the last business day before a holiday will be processed on the first working day after the holiday period ends. You will receive a formal dispatch notification email right after your parcel leaves our warehouse, which comes with your unique order tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

All shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total dimensional weight and actual weight of your ordered items, as well as the distance of your delivery address from our Singapore warehouse, to ensure every client pays a fair and accurate shipping cost.
For all local Singapore orders under SGD 50, a flat rate of SGD 3.90 will be charged as the standard shipping fee. For international standard shipping, the fee starts from SGD 8.90 for small low-weight orders such as single silicone basting brushes, and increases proportionally based on the total weight of your parcel. For the optional expedited express service, the exact fee will be automatically displayed for your destination address before you confirm your payment. We do not add any hidden processing fees or extra logistics surcharges that are not clearly stated on the checkout page.
You are required to fill in a complete, accurate, and detailed delivery address, including a valid local contact phone number when placing your order. An incomplete or incorrect shipping address may lead to failed delivery, parcel return, or unnecessary extended delay. If you find you have filled in the wrong shipping address immediately after submitting your order, you may contact our support team as soon as possible to request an address modification. We can modify your delivery address for free before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, we can no longer guarantee that address changes can be successfully implemented.
All parcels require a signature upon successful delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel at your provided address at the time the courier attempts delivery, the local courier will leave a delivery notification card with instructions for you to rearrange a re-delivery time, or pick up your parcel at the nearest local courier service point according to the instructions on the card. We recommend you track your parcel status regularly after receiving your dispatch notification, to avoid missing the courier’s delivery attempt.
For orders that are shipped to destinations outside of Singapore, you are responsible for any possible applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, or local tax charges that may be imposed by your destination country’s customs authority. These fees are determined by your local government rules and are not included in the product price or the shipping fee you pay to us at checkout. We do not have control over these extra charges, and we cannot predict their exact amount for every international destination.
We strongly recommend you to check your local country’s import policy for small kitchenware and silicone household products before placing your order, to get a clear understanding of any possible applicable extra fees. If your parcel is held by local customs for further information verification, our support team will provide all necessary commercial invoice and product documentation to assist you with the customs clearance process as quickly as possible.
In the very rare case that your parcel is confirmed to be permanently lost during the transit process by our courier partner, we will offer you two optional solutions for you to choose from: we can arrange a full free re-dispatch of the exact same ordered items to your address, or you can opt for a full store credit equal to the total value of your lost order, that you can use for any future purchases across our full range of kitchen tools.
For parcels that arrive with obvious outer packaging damage, we recommend you take photos of the damaged packaging and the condition of the enclosed items in front of the courier before signing for the delivery. If the products inside are confirmed to be damaged due to improper handling during transit, you can send us the photo and video evidence within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel, and our team will work out a free replacement arrangement for you, covering all the costs for the new re-shipment.
We are unable to arrange shipment to P.O. Box addresses for international orders, as most of our international courier partners do not support delivery to P.O. Box facilities. We also cannot ship our products to regions that are subject to international trade sanctions, or locations where local laws and regulations prohibit the import of silicone household kitchen products. If your delivery address falls within these restricted regions, our support team will contact you promptly after you place the order, to help you cancel the order and process a full refund for your paid amount.
We reserve the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy occasionally to reflect adjustments to our courier partner service terms, expanded shipping coverage regions, or new local regulatory requirements.
